I needed my submitted form to be sent to someone other than myself but i'm actually not getting any notification email at all. What should I do about this?

As per the account email history, the email addresses mmote@inmedgroup.com and spettus@inmedgroup.com are both receiving notifications:
Those email addresses are not listed in the bouncelist so you may want to check your junk folder to make sure nothing went there.
