Checkbox submission data not showing in submissions

On the final page of the application, the question labeled: By clicking this box, Participating Organization does not grant permission for the Trust to use media of participants for promotional or interpretive purposes.

The response is not tallied when viewing the submissions. Although the applicant can still check the box, this is not reflected in their final submission. The multiple choice- editing tool has done nothing to fix this problem either, please let me know what the situation is.

The glitch was due to the very long Question text (field label name) you have used on the Checkbox field on your form.

The question text for Checkboxes should not be a paragraph long. It should be a simple or shorter text question only. 

The data value should be the one that can be longer. Like in this case, the Question text should could be

"By clicking this box, Participating Organization does not grant permission for the Trust to use media of participants for promotional or interpretive purposes."

or shorter...

and the value can be the

"Participating Organization grants permission to the Hudson River Park Trust (“Trust”) and affiliates to use without limitation or obligation, photographs, film footage, tape recordings, or other media that may include an image or voice of participants for purposes of promoting or interpreting Trust programs."

If you want to capture the value of paragraph content you can also use Calculation value option of the field also.

Example:

You can make the field label name anything shorter and it will still will always capture the Calculation value.
