How do I make the section collapse work. I have tried everything in the instructionsAsked by lenzsman on March 10, 2017 at 06:04 PM
I have an employment form and I want a section to appear if the respondent chooses, part time or either. . No matter how I configure it it never works unless in the preview mode I physically click the down arrow on the collapse bar. Of course I want to may the section that is hidden show automatically. What am I doing wrong
I've cloned your form. I've added a condition and edited the properties of the Collapse field. Here's the demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/70692275260962.
In the Collapse field properties, I have selected the Visible in the Section Visibility. After that, I have made the Button Visibility to Hidden.
Here's the screenshot of the Conditions I added to the cloned form:
If the user choose any of the following Part time or Either, the Collapse field will be shown.
