Can we use multiple Unique ID fields on a single form?

I have 3 service options for our business - call it A, B & C. I have a created a select box to choose one option and accordingly have created unique ID widgets for A,B & C but need to connect them. In other words, when a client chooses service option A, a unique ID is created from A. In turn, I plan on creating a auto welcome letter with the Unique ID to the client

Unfortunately, we do not have an option where you can use different autoincrement-unique ID fields for different options on the same form.

As an alternative, it is possible to generate random values with a Random Value Generator widget field.
