How can I remove the border in the form?

    There is boarder (white at present) around my form "Get Started at the URL below. I need it to be completely gone.

    Its color is controled by the Background command. I tried to make it transparent, but that did not work, and it is also the wrong solution. I need it to be completely gone or the exact same size as the black-outlined chart.
