The the form is under a guest account, so by logic it is indeed true that the form is not under any account. You will need to create your own personal free account first before you can log in. However, since you have not indicated any email address on the form, it will most likely not automatically migrate to your new account. So after creating an account, please let us know so we can manually transfer your form to your new account.
