Prepopulating form for collaboration purposes

Good day,

I am wondering if I could create an evolutive form for collaboration - I will explain my situation so you can visualize.

The form is intended for my technician to inspect an appartment and for him to advise on the required works and include pictures of the place, etc. For a specific request, which is linked to a specific apartment, I may have to include text of the required works to be done in order to direct the technician on site.

Is there a way to add text to the form without having to complete the required fields but to leave them required for my technician?

This is possible to generate a form link with prepopulated field (your custom text). Please take a look at the following guide.

The technician will need to use that link in order to open the form.
