I am using a nomination form and want to turn off notification to the nominee, is there a way to do this?

Deleting the autoresponder email for the form will prevent an email from being sent to the address entered in the form.

While editing your form, click the "Settings" tab, then open the "Emails" menu:

Mouse over the autoresponder email and click "Delete" to remove it.
