    Hi

Our form (21662687828366) wont load correctly on our site.

It loads but and you can complete the first page but you cannot navigate to the next page on the form.

    Please see www.worktops.net/new_quote.php

We have tried the page in internet explorer and in google chrome. It happens in both. We also found that once the browser has been refreshed, the form works. It seems to be a problem on the first visit, which is the most important one!

It is intermitted but you know when it happens because there is a back button that appears on the first page.

    Thank you,

    Donovan du Plessis

    Donovan,

Sadly, I cannot reproduce this error on my end. I have a feeling that this might be caused by a connection problem between you and our servers. Have you tried accessing the site via a different network?

If not, please do. If the same thing happens, kindly observe the situation for a few more hours. Afterwards, let us know if the problem still persists.

    Hi

    Please can you try again.

We have asked a couple of people to test it from other locations and they found the same issue.

    Thanks

    Donovan

    Hi Donavan

I've noticed that there are required fields on that first page that are not being highlighted when not filled and "Next" is clicked. Knowing that you hid neither that highlighting nor the warning messages that normally accompany it (evidenced by the fact that when the form is loaded at its own URL, those elements are shown as they should), this indicates that there's probably a conflict between the embedded form code and a script or scripts on your page. To avoid that substitute the iFrame version of the embed code for the shorter one currently there and let us know if that helps.

For additional info, please see Which Embed Code Should I Use in the Share Forms section of our user guide

If you need further help with this or any other JotForm matter, please let us know.

    Hi Wayne

Thank you, I have changed the code on the site and the form went live, its now diplaying as http://www.worktops.net/quote.php

I have one other issue though, the email notifications have stoped working.

The form is still being submitted to jotform and the email to the client is going through but we are not receiving the emails notifying us of the enquiry.

I have checked the settings and cant see anything wrong. The test email did work and they are not in our spam or junk emails.

    Thank you,

    Donovan

    Hi Donavan

Change the Sender E-mail of the notification to noreply@jotform.com and let us know if that helps. You could always have the sender's email address appear in the subject of the email by inserting the tag ({email} in this case) in the Subject field on the Compose Email section of the notification. It may also be a good idea to whitelist our IPs.
