Hi, my email address was put on the bounce list for several times now, even though it is a normal address and does usually work properly. Why?

    Is there any way to prohobit this?

    Since we do not get an alert, we have to rely on customer feedback, who complain, that the customer feedback form and the registration form on website is not working. THis is a very unsatisfying situation.

    An email is bounced back every time the recipient¡s email server rejects our messages. That means that AOL was bouncing back the notifications coming from us. My recommendation would be to setup a gmail address or similar to prevent further issues.
