Hello, I am trying to integrate our vertical response account with a new form. When I fill in the username/password for the integration I get a message that says email or password are incorrect, however this is the same information I am using to login to Vertical Response and it is working. Vertical Response recently changed their login page and I'm wondering if there is a problem with the integration link. Please help! Thank you!

I could not reproduce the issue when I test the Vertical Response integration of the form. The account sign in email work as the authentication credential for the integration.
Here is the video of my test.
Please make sure that you were indeed using the correct email account and password during the authentication process.
Let us know if issue persist.
