Field not calculating correctly

I currently have my form setup so that the user enters the quantity of the service they want and it automatically takes that quantity and multiplies it with the cost to arrive at the total. It then goes on to fill in the final calculation with the total just referenced if it's over $125. If the total is less than $125 then $125 goes in the final calculation field instead.

The issue is "Gel Pedi w/gel removal $130" is not calculating correctly and I cannot figure out why. When I enter a quantity of 1 it is giving me a total of $1300 instead of $130. Every other field calculates correctly. Please help. I've already reviewed the different calculation throughout my form and I can't find the error that is causing this.

This issue is related to calculation that you have set. You are missing plus "+" sign between two fields.

To resolve your issue add "+" sign.
