    Good afternoon,

    My email address has not been receiving submissions from at least one of my JotForm pages, and when I went to test the email settings, the following message appeared: "This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us."

    I read a couple of other posts about this, and it seems that it is an easy fix on your end, so hopefully that is the case again this time.

    Edit: I have temporarily switched my email address to make the forms work, but please contact me so that I can get the default address unblocked.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    Now when I submit test through JotForm (or form on our website), it says the action is successful, but I do not receive a message, and I do not receive a message when I set the JotForm account up to send a message to different email address either; however, when I send an email to the same account that receives the JotForm messages from my personal email account, it receives them instantly. Is there something wrong with the outgoing settings?
