Help! Made payment but account not upgraded:

    Hi. 

    Upgraded account to Bronze package via Paypal. However this change has not been effected. Please advise ASAP!!

    It looks like the cancellation notice sent by your previous subscription that was cancelled caused your account to be downgraded.  I applied your new subscription back to the account and it should now show correctly as Bronze.
