Hi there JotForm staff,
My form -- Field Day Details Form -- has suddenly stopped working properly. When you open the form link (https://form.jotform.com/tamsyn/field-day-details-form), the first half of the form does not even show up -- and the back and next buttons do not work either.
However, in "Edit Form" mode, everything shows up -- but when I click "preview form," the same bizarre problem appears again (the first half of the form is invisible, and next and back buttons don't work).
To add to the mystery, this form was working properly just yesterday -- and it has not been edited since we released the form to our constituents to fill out.
The only "update" I have made to my account is changing the background (I did that yesterday) -- so that's the only issue I could think of (though it makes no sense why having done that should affect this particular form's functionality).
Can you please help us figure out the problem?
This is a big problem, since we're actively collecting information for our upcoming field day season -- and we did extensive testing on this form prior to its release (and it was working perfectly).

This issue was caused by form separator widgets and progress bar widget form your form. I have updated those widgets on your form and your form is working now properly.
