I'm trying to pay to upgrade to Storage and it is not working. I have updated the credit card details so there shouldn't be an issue relating to this.

Since you have an active Bronze subscription, our system will not allow you to create a Storage subscription in addition to it.
If you wanted a Storage subscription rather that the Bronze subscription, we can cancel and refund the Bronze subscription for you. You could then upgrade to the Storage subscription.
