How can i insert a download pdf to the form?

    Hi,

    I'm not sure if I understood your concern correctly. Could you please provide us more details?

    Do you want to add a PDF download link when your user views your form? 

    If you want to embed a PDF file on your form, you can use the PDF Embedder widget. 

    If you just want to have a clickable text where users are redirected to the download PDF file, then you can just use the "Text" field and anchor the link there:
