When do Sub-Account forms use a Master Account's submission allowance?

Do all forms created by a sub-account use a master account's premium allowance? Or only when the form is linked to the master account? Or not at all?

Please note that sub-account is type of users are to assist you in your work. Sub-account users do not get the limits of master account. The forms needs to be actually created in master account and then share it with sub user account.

If the forms are created in sub account, the limits of free account is applicable.
