Pop-Up Text-Window WITHIN the form (not a pop-up form)

Hi... I was wondering if there's a widget or solution that would allow for a pop-up text window from WITHIN the form itself.... example: If we have a link within the form that would normally redirect away to another page (so user can get more info or an explanation about what they've selected), instead of a redirect when the link is clicked, we'd like a text window to pop-up so the user is not redirected away from our form. Is this kind of feature or widget available?

Unfortunately, there is no widget available that provides a modal window to allow viewing of different pages in a form of a pop-up.
