My account says that I've used 9 of 10 of my Secure SSL submissions. I have no idea what that means or how my forms were created as this type of submission. I've had to test several forms MULTIPLE times because of all of the issues I've been having. Please, Please, Please--reset my submission count, let me know how to detect which forms are driving up the count and tell me what I need to do to avoid this in the future. Thanks.

You were provided instructions on how to make sure that you're not using secure forms in this thread.
If your forms are embedded in external (non-jotform) webpages, kindly re-embed them, making sure that the form's URL start with http and NOT https. If you have shared secure form URLs to other people, send them a notice to use the non-secure version of the form.
I have reset your secure submissions count, but please keep in mind that this can only be done once per account.
