Is it possible to upload a form in JotForm?

I am not seeing a form I can use, I have my own that I can upload. If I upload my form onto the site then can I upload it to social media sites?

Please note that if your PDF form is actually a fillable PDF, you can import it in Jotform by clicking on the following URL: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

Please note that imported PDF form cannot be edited in form builder like you edit regular forms.
