Why my forms are disabled?

    Please help me too! We are hiring and my form has been disabled so my paid job ad is now going to a disabled form! Here is the form: https://form.jotform.us/70688090070153

     

    Our New Client Account access form has been disabled too: https://form.jotform.us/70727887476171

    We were about to upgrade but will this always be a problem??

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active and your forms are online. I was able to submit your form successfully.

    It seems one of my colleague have already taken care of your account. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
