Please help me too! We are hiring and my form has been disabled so my paid job ad is now going to a disabled form! Here is the form: https://form.jotform.us/70688090070153

We were about to upgrade but will this always be a problem??

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active and your forms are online. I was able to submit your form successfully.
