My forms have been disabled and I am not sure what has happened to make this so.
They were working a few weeks ago fine but now just show a form not found message.

The account is auto-suspended because your form CLIENT UPLOAD you are requesting password in plain text field.
We have removed the guilty fields on this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.
