Why isn't my captcha content loading?

    I'm trying to apply for a job on the Shepherd Gourmet Dairy website, but the captcha service that I need to use to send a valid submission isn't showing any content. It says: "capctha - Reload if it's not displayed." When I try to reload, I get the same error. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge and Maxthon and it won't load on any browser, and retried each browser after removing all temporary files and browser cache. I also eliminated the chance of it being a network firewall problem by loading  the page on my phone's data network, and I still received the same error. I have attached the URL and a screenshot of the issue. Thanks for your time.

    The form was created on a self-hosted Jotform program. Meaning, the form is not created in our system. Please reach out to Shepherd Gourmet Dairy by Email or Phone, you can find their contact information on this page: http://www.shepherdgourmetdairy.com/contact.html. Tell them that the form is no longer working. I will also send them an email about it.
