Email forwarding problem

    I can't get the form to forward submissions to the email provided in recipient section of 'email alerts'

    I've checked the bulk mail folder but it is empty.



    any idea why?

    Hi Garry;

    We apologize for what this issue has caused you. I checked your mail logs and would see that mails are sent to your email, see the logs below;


    /var/log/mail.log:Jun 23 10:49:18 monk sm-mta[25444]: q5NEnHQF025442: to=<>,
    delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=120736, [], dsn=2.0.0,
    =Sent ( <>Queued mail for delivery)


    Please can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to in the notification email setup and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    I have the Problem :/

    Der Sendername ist ja bei mir auf "Jotform.

    Sender E-mail ist wie im Bild auf

    Wenn ich auf "Test-E-mail" klicke, dann kommt keine Nachricht zugeschickt.

    Ich hoffe jemand kann mir behilflich sein.
