Is deleted data actually gone or is it stored somewhere temporarily or permanently?

We have an paid account and I needed to know: when we delete data, is that data actually gone or is it stored somewhere temporarily or permanent? If we have persons private information, we want to make sure that it is handled properly. Thanks!

Hi Eric, thank you for contacting us.

Please note that one you delete submissions data, they are gone with no way to recover them. This is actually why we always recommend to our customers to back them up before attempting to delete them.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

Thank you. Do you all get certified disk and tape destructions as well when they need to be replaced?
    Thanks again

What do you mean by "getting certified disk and tape destructions"?
