Why won't my Stripe account connect to my jotform?

    Ive attempted to connect Stripe with my jotform several times and it is yet to integrate, please advise?

    I have checked the Stripe integration on my end and I can see it works fine, the form is still integrated when I close the form builder and go back to edit it. 

    Please, once you've connected your form make sure to scroll down until the very bottom and click on the continue button to save the changes. 

    If after doing this your form still resetting and asking to connect, please let us know.

    We've tried several times it still won't connect. We honthr connect button, it will start then reset back as if nothing happened. 
    Please advise

    Did you enable the 2-step verification on your Stripe account? If so, please turn that off and try to connect your account again. If 2-step verification is not used, try to remove the Stripe field in your form and add it back then configure Stripe connect again. The items are saved so you do not need to add them once you re-add the Stripe field. 

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    I have just checked your forms and I can see none of them have been connected to Stripe, but it seems like you were able to set up subscriptions which means you were able to connect your form with Stripe. 

    Please, try connecting your form once again, click on the connect button and complete the process, once the Stripe pop-up is closed you should see the button saying "Connected" and then click on the continue button to save the changes, make sure your account is set up properly to live mode and it allows payments, please also make sure your integration is set up as live and this does not change, otherwise re-integration will be required and this may be why you see the connection resets itself. 

    You may also check the web console in case you notice changes are still not saving and form stays unconnected, these keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console: 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

     

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K
