I suddenly stopped receiving notifications on my form (Notification 1).
My e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org
My form is:
Everything looks okay. I do receive notification on "Edit" but not when it is initially submitted.
Can you advise why?
We are experiencing a problem with our email servers. Email Notifications and autoresponders are queued and they should arrive to your inbox delayed, in the next hours. Our DevOps are working in a solution to fix the issue. Apologies for the delay.
Can you advise if this has been resolved and if not when is it likely to be resolved? I am still not receiving notifications (received 1 out of 3 for my form).
As per my test, seems like emails are not delayed anymore, I've just submitted your form and received the autoresponder instantly.
Upon checking your form I can see you're conditionally sending your email notification, do note that the email will be sent only if the condition is met, otherwise the email will not be sent.
Currently the email is sending based on the field "Approve/Decline the change request" which is hidden, please try submitting your form filling the needed fields based on your conditions, the email notification should be sent to the specified address.
If the problem still persists, please let us know.
Many thanks ! I have removed this condition and I am receiving the notification now.
However I am still unable to receive the AZ APPROVAL (third) notification, even when the field is populated and there isn't a condition for it. Are you able to advise please?

Since that email will only be filled when the submission is edited, you would need to enable "Send on Edit" in order for it to send:
If this is not enabled, autoresponder emails will only send when the form is initially submitted.
