This is my first form: https://form.jotform.us/51107801312137
This is the second from: https://form.jotform.us/51398844715163
And this is the link that I created and connected to autoresponder email and Thank you page
I have checked all the names for each of the fields to copy 3x. The only thing I'm not sure I did write was the copying of the "full name"

I understand that the link you created appears in the Thank-You page of your Form 1 and the email autoresponder your respondents will receive after they have submitted Form 1. I understand that you would like to fill in the fields in your Form 2 with data from Form 1 when the link is clicked.
However, I noticed some parameters in the link that doesn't match the field name(s) in Form 2.
An example of which is the First Name field of the Full Name field.
https://form.jotform.us/51398844715163?fullName10[first_10]={fullName5:first_5}
To correct it, please "inspect element" the First Name field and just get the text after the underscore of the "name" attribute of the input element as described in this guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
Then, get the unique name of the First Name field from Form 1.
And you will have https://form.jotform.us/51398844715163?fullName5[first]={firstName}.
I would suggest you follow the instruction in the guide above to construct the link you need.
And if you, just in case, need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.
Thank you.
