Question About Email

Hi.  Over the past month I have received numerous comments from people on Facebook saying that they contacted me through my website and didn't get a response.  I logged onto Jot Form yesterday to see if there was a problem with my form and found that my email address had been placed on your bounce list.  I had wondered why I wasn't getting any submissions in my email and am happy that I found out why, but I am wondering how my email got placed on the list and how I can prevent it from happening again in the future.  I love using your forms and appreciate your help.  Thank you.

Unfortunately your email address was in bounce list, and seems you have removed it from bounced.

Please go ahead to view your submissions from our site, follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.

You are able to set up alert to prevent your email addresses in bounced and also to remove your email address from bounce list, please follow these guides:
