How can I assign values to dropdown menu options that reside in a InputTable ?

How can I assign the value 8 to the option 8:00 AM in the dropdown menus within this form/table.

Is there a smart/easy/quick way ?

and here the dropdown menus are available and referable individually, but in the matrix you can not refer or insert conditions for each dropdown menu. Any suggestions / ideas how can I accomplish this task? Thank you!

I have checked this on my end and I can see the only way yo assign a calculation value is by adding it as an option, if you would need to have 8 then you will need to add the time like 8 AM this way the 8 number will be taken only when the calculation is performed. 

If you want we could also open a feature request for this, though we cannot ensure this will get implemented or provide an ETA, we would let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.
