I´M using Jotform in 2 business for a coupon system and i depend on the autoresponder to sent automatically to the code to the suscriber that is also automatically made. Please i neet to know when is it going to be working so i can continue.

Thank you for the reminder. Upon tests on my end it should be working fine already. But to be certain, let me clarify this with the development team.
Just to note, if you are using a mobile device, you can also install the JotForm app on Google Play (for Android), or from App Store (iOS). This also helps you get notification upon receipt of your submissions.

Hello, I dont need notifications, i need autoresponder mail becous of the coupon that i have to sent to the prospect. Is this going to work again? When?. I dont want to connect MailChimp to the form.

I tested Autoresponders and they are working fine, they are received instantly. But my colleague forwarded this thread to our backend team for a confirmation.

This issue was due to email server complications at that period. On the 18th & 19th of March we were sending our March newsletter to our users and due to a complication our servers were clogged upon this operation.
