How to have a quantity set

I have made a form and only 1 of each are available to purchase, I know that there is an inventory widget but I can't seem, to make it work with the Paypal part being seen

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to add inventory widget feature with PayPal payment tool but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement:

#1. Add "Inventory" widget in your form to control your product inventory:  http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

#2. Add calculation in your form to get the value which you need to charge your customer through PayPal payment tool. The following guide should help you how to perform calculation in form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
