    Hi,

This is a most common problem when you're not logged in to JotForm. Please make it sure that you are already logged in to JotForm before creating your forms, and then click 'SAVE" button when you are done with your form. I would also suggest to clear your browsers cache first before logging in to your account, this should really help specially when your old cache files are broken.

With regards to your other concern, instead of using dreamweaver source code, you may try downloading your form's full source code. This would include all JS and CSS files. Follow this guide: How to download a source code of your form

Hope this helps. Thanks for using JotForm!

i have done that and as you can see, i have the code in question on my
DW site, but when i attempt to make
any changes in it, i get this message. i have code on my site, it just
    seems to be locked?
is this your code and am i not allowed to change it as its a template of
    some kind?
i can change the code of things i put in the code from your site, even
in DW. i just cant change the other code.

Thanks for the details. Is downloading the CSS not suitable for your needs? I can see the error is looking for this file: http://max.jotfor.ms/min/g=formCss?3.0.3661. How about copying this CSS code and use it locally?

Let us know if this doesn't help. Thank you.
