Why doesn't the completed form link to my email so I am notified of an inquiry?

    I am not having any success with the completed form arriving in my inbox.  Could you please tell me why it's not linking?  I am getting ready to do a mass mailing with my real estate business and I want to be able to get the notification when the real estate form is completed.

    You can view it on:  Linda-realestate.com   Click the Skinny Commissions button and then complete the form.

    Hello Linda

    Please check this guide so you can setup your email address correctly on your form

    Please make sure your Sender -Email address is set to noreply@jotform.com 


    If after applying these changes , you still have the same issue, I would recommend you to add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)
