I can not edit forms.. I need to make an immediate change

Hello,

I logged in to update a date on an event I am promoting and I can not edit any forms. When I click the box to edit a form, instead of the form editor loading a black screen with error messages displays.

Please help resolve this as soon as possible.

We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4.  It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again.  Apologies for the down time.
