Form bringing up incorrect Payment Method

I was previously using Express Pay, and I want to use Paypal.  I've modified the form to include the logic for paypal, the code is accurate, yet it still bring me to Express Pay.   I've even created a new form with a paypal button and it uses express pay.  Can you help me to find and delete the link to Express Pay and use Paypal.  The form currently isn't live since it's for an upcoming event, and I can't publish it until this is working.

Thank you. I was able to fix the problem.  I believe that Paypal wasn't fully setup yet.
