Almost out of space - Not receiving Form Submissions in E-mail

When in my account, on the left hand side there is an icon that says Submissions.  Mine states 90 out of 100 used, almost out of space.  What exactly does this mean?  Currently I don't have that many submissions and don't understand why it is showing high and almost out of space.

Also, I am not receiving some of my reservation submissions.  Upon doing research, I filled out the form from my website on my laptop using windows 2007 and firefox and it submitted fine.  When using a MAC and firefox, it submitted fine.  When using a different laptop running windows 2007 and internet explorer 8 it submitted fine.  Now the laptop running windows 2007 and using IE8 stated that there were JAVA updates.  I downloaded and installed the updates and when submitting the form again, I never received the form and it didn't submit.

This has been happening to my customers as well and causing a loss of business.  People are planning their vacations and doing their reservations online but I am not receiving their reservations, so when they show up to board their dogs, I have no room and need to turn them away.  This has made for VERY unhappy customers.  The only thing I can currently find is if JAVA is updated on their computer, I am not receiving an e-mail confirmation that they made a reservation.

The weird part is, they are hitting the submit button, they get a Thank you Page stating their reservation was submitted but I am not receiving it and they are not getting the auto-generated e-mail (I just removed) stating their information and to review it.  I don't like them getting a Thank you Page stating it was submitted when I am really not receiving it.

Please let me know if there is a way to correct this issue or why it is happening.

    Hi,

I've checked your account and I've fixed submissions counter for you.

However I don't know any Operating System called "Windows 2007".

Do you mean Windows 7 ?

By the way I will try to install Windows 7 in a virtual machine to do some tests on your form.

Please allow us some time to do this tests. Thanks
