Email notifications being delayed

    Hello,

    I work for T&D Pool & Spa Service here in Florida and we currently are using and have been using a JotForm submission for just about 3 months now. I have been having issues receiving submissions pertaining to delay. Lately I have been receiving submissions for example, 6hrs later. Our Pool Technicians currently use the form, fill it out and submit it to the e-mail associated to the account. The form is used as a resupply form so that our warehouse has the items requested on the form ready for when our technicians arrive back at the warehouse at the end of the day to resupply their work vehicles. Having their order form not appear until hours later is causing issue. Please advise us what to do or what can be done to help or resolve this issue. Thank you!

    We are experiencing problems with our email servers. So Email Notifications and Autoresponders are queued and they should arrive to your inbox delayed in the next hours. Our DevOps are working in a solution to fix the issue. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused to you and recommend to check the Submissions Page for new submissions, while this is being fixed.
