Cloned Forms Showing Other Forms

Why are my cloned forms showing the old forms instead of the new forms? This is ridiculous. I have dealt with this on a few occasions with you guys. I have cleared my cache, etc. and the new form embed code is pulling in another form previously created. Please advise as to how to handle this so this will not happen again. This does not look professional as I have clients that use different forms and to have an event form show up on another person's site is just ridiculous. 

If this can not be resolved, then I will have to move all of my forms to another platform.

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I was not able to replicate the issue on my end. I created a form and cloned it. I added and deleted some fields on the original form but the cloned form is not affected by the changes made from the original form.

Can you please provide us the forms and the cloned forms in your account that you have encountered the said issue?
