    Removing/Adding New Users

    Hi there, 

     

    Unfortunately, the lady who had originally set up the jotforms for our letter of offers on properties, no longer works with our company.

     

    Can you please assist me when the following queries:

    1. How do I remove a user/sales consultant?

    2. How do I add a new sales consultant?

     

    We want to ensure when we have a client putting in an offer form that Kerry's name is removed and we have Adele's details there instead.

    I cloned the form (https://form.jotform.co/53278738614869 ) you have provided. Did you mean you want to edit the form fields? 

     

     

    If so, you can remove the name from the Dropdown options and change the name.

     

     

    If you have deleted this option, you also to edit the conditions that was set up for this. 

    Go to Settings > Conditions > then edit the Email conditions that was set up.
