How can I edit the options inside a Dropdown menu?

    Hello,

    When I click on 'Edit form' I can now no longer click on the 'when would you like to send your flowers' field and edit the drop down options. There's usually a clickable 'edit options' label but this seems to have disappeared and I'm not sure why!

     

    I need to change this on two forms by midday today so your help would be much appreciated!

    Hello Becki - There's no edit button for the Dropdown menu. What you need to click on is the GEAR icon shown on your screenshot.

    I suppose what you're hoping to edit are the options within the Dropdown so just do the following:

    Hello,
    Yes, this is what I did in the end, but up until yesterday I didn't need to
    do this. Underneath the box that is highlighted blue in the screen shot, it
    used to say 'Edit options', which you could click on and edit the drop down
    options from there.
    We have been using this version of Jotform for a while and I can promise
    you I have never had to click on the cog icon before!

    I honestly cannot say I remember that option.  I know there was an option in V3 under dropdown fields but that opened an external menu with the field options.  I will see if I can find an example of what you are referring to in older screenshots.

    Looks like you replied straight from your email and attached an image. Unfortunately, we can't see attachments here in our Support Forum, unless you post the image directly to your thread.

    And you're correct, my screenshot yesterday didn't have this Edit Options menu at the bottom of the field as well.
