    Can we determine the file format and the schedule of the export so nightly?

    Hi there,

    The exact file format uploaded by user in your Upload field will be the one that will be uploaded to your FTP server. You can specify the type of files that can be uploaded by your users to your Upload field as follows.

    As for the scheduling of the file upload, I think there is no need to schedule as the files are automatically uploaded to your FTP server every time someone submits your form.
