    The company I work for holds a bi-annual tradeshow every year. We are trying to automate and create less paperwork this year as well as years to come. I suggested JotForm as a way to sell tickets to the show while simutaneously collecting attendee information within a database that can be referenced at any time. So, below are a few questions and concerns that our show manager had.

    -Does Jotform offer one account with multiple user/password login?

    -How does the transfer of funds work from the provided payment options?

    -Are there any other methods of payment?

    -How "tight" is the security with this system because we would be accepting an abundance of credit cards through JotForm.

    -If we upgrade in the months leading to the show and then the "downtime" months after the show and before the planning for the next one, what happens to our data if we don't pay during that "downtime"?

    Hi TaRon

    Kindly find below the responses for your concerns;

    -Does Jotform offer one account with multiple user/password login?

    Unfortunately we dont offer multiple logins for a single account. We offer a single account for single password. Although, you can share your login details to your trusted team or for form submissions you can have the team's email addresses added in the notification email setup.

    -How does the transfer of funds work from the provided payment options?

    Kindly send us an email to JotForm Support <jotform@interlogy.com> and we will address this issue as it is sensitive.

    -Are there any other methods of payment?

    Yes, you can use credit card, Paypal and  by check. Please refer to this thread for instructions on how to pay for a subscription using a check and other details on P.O. purchase.

    -How "tight" is the security with this system because we would be accepting an abundance of credit cards through JotForm.

    We simply transfer the information securely to Paypal/Auth.net etc and only check if the payment goes through successfully. We basically do not keep any sensitive information in our servers. We also send the sensitive information securely to the Paypal/Auth.net API.

    Of course, you should use the secure JotForm form URL on your page. So, the form code you enter to the HTML snippet should point to the secure https://www.jotform.com.

    -If we upgrade in the months leading to the show and then the "downtime" months after the show and before the planning for the next one, what happens to our data if we don't pay during that "downtime"?

    Jotform allows users to upgrade/downgrade their accounts at any time and will.Once you downgrade your account (cancel subscription), your account will remain in the paid plan till the subscription payment expires. Your forms will not be disabled but you will be on Free account hence will be entitled to Free account package .

    Please lets know if you need further assistance.
