I have some customers saying they dont want to pay using the paypal integration because the page is unsecure. Is there a way to make the page secure?

    Hi,

May we know if the form is embedded on a website of yours? If so, please share the link.

Please note that by default, the forms and the embed codes of JotForm uses HTTPS protocol or SSL which makes the page secure. Other than that, the payment integrations work using API, the payment details are not saved in JotForm, instead it is directly saved in the 3rd party payment processors default gateway which is more secure. To learn more about payment integration, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm.

If your website is not HTTPS or SSL enabled, then I presume that's what the users are seeing that is unsecure, but JotForm and the payment integration itself are secure by default.

If I misunderstood your concern, please do provide us more details so that we can better understand.
