Why Notifications are not coming through?

Ive noticed we're not getting notifications when someone submits the following form:

Follow up events Registration Form - Register with Payment in Full

Please could you look into it?

I checked the email associated with the form and Notifications were sent to that email:

I checked your Conditions for sending the emails and I noticed that you have these:

But your last submissions were with these courses:

So since they are not covered with a condition it didn't send the notifier.
