When a customer completes the form, the data is sent to our ticketing system. The client receives an auto response from JotForm letting them know that we have received the request and there is a link to edit their submission. I would like to disable this as it complicates things with the ticketing system...Appreciate any help!

Hello Brian,
I saw that only in Notifier you have an edit link for submissions, here is how you can remove it:
So simply delete it from the Notifier email body.
