My account got locked

    I was trying to upload our logo yesterday and something happened. Our account shows disabled now and none of the forms load.

    Hello,

    I just took a look at your account and I noticed it is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing filter, I have also checked your forms and I found them all are built in accordance with our Terms of Use. In sight of that, I reactivated the account as suspension was due to an error.
