Test new email recipient - no emails come through

    I have done all the steps as outlined above - no emails come through. Not very optimistic that this will get resolved as I see no replies to anyone's previous comments all the way back to 2015 :/ Thank you...

    I have re-save your SMTP sender configuration and submitted a test form entry, but it didn't work.

    There is a problem with your SMTP sender details. If you would like to use the SMTP sender, please update the SMTP details.

    How to Edit/Delete Sender Emails on SMTP Settings

    I have re-saved the form #70786668373169 with the standard noreply@jotform.com sender and submitted a test entry again, the emails were successfully sent.
