Is it possible to customize Address map locator widget?

It is possible to configuring initial position of marker and zoom of map? ( https://www.google.it/maps/@45.462742,9.1865221,14z?hl=it )

I'm afraid that it is not possible to customize that. Since the location will come from the user's location (if a user allows the form to access his location). 

Zooming is similar, widgets can not be customized in that way.
